How does scheduling work?
Referring providers can schedule imaging for their patients online, either by filling in the order form above or by signing up to our free referral portal. Our patient concierge team then contact the patient within 48 hours to schedule their scan appointment. There is no scheduling for you to manage, and we keep you updated at each step of the patient's scanning journey.
Where are your imaging locations?
We work with high-quality imaging centers across Texas. By aggregating multiple clinics on one platform, we give injured patients more choice and convenience when it comes to getting a scan. We can also provide transportation if required. A full list of our locations is coming soon.
How do you take payment for imaging?
Texas Diagnostic Radiology works on a lien-based/LOP billing system. We hold our own liens, so there are no financial barriers to care for injured patients. We collect the cost of the scan after the case has settled.
How fast are your reads?
Our expert radiologists endeavor to provide detailed, courtroom-ready reports within 48 hours of the patient's scan.
